Collecting personal information helps us serve you better. We process your information for managing customer or partnership relationships and marketing our services. We utilize our email list for marketing purposes. Joining the email list is voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time as instructed in the sent messages or by notifying us directly at the above address.

A customer register is maintained for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of the customer service.

The sources of information are the details provided by the customers themselves.
Where Do We Get Information?
We collect your information when you register for our course. If you are a representative of a potential business, we may collect your information publicly online, for example, from your company’s website.
We can also get your information if you join our email list.
Who Else Processes Your Data?
Aweber – email list (Name & email)
Third parties are not allowed to use the information we provide them. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We never sell your information to anyone.
Data Processing Period
We process all data during the course and after sending you the course sertificate, or as long as you are subscribed to our email list. We will keep record (name & email address) of prior course participants for at least 4 years. You can request the deletion of your information from the register in every marketing message we send through the unsubscribe link or by sending a request to info@lumiawellness.fi.
Principle of Data Protection
We take necessary security measures to prevent your personal information from falling into the wrong hands. We process personal data only with information systems proven to be secure, addressing typical security risks. We restrict access to information only to those authorized.
Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Your name and email address might be transferred to Aweber (email provider) if you are part of our email list. Aweber won’t give this information for third parties.
Lumia Wellness Ltd does not transfer other data outside the EU or EEA.
